Kikuchi–Fujimoto disease, or necrotizing histiocytic lymphadenitis, is one of the rare causes benign lymphadeno-pathy. The diagnosis based on histological and immunohistochemical analysis lymph node biopsy. article presents four clinical cases disease. According to results primary tissue three patients were misdiagnosed with lymphoma. due unusual for lymphoid malignancy course material was reviewed. disease put. In has a re-current course. during observation period, in all presented normal quality life.
